The space
The first bedroom on the 1st floor of the main house features a full size bed, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom.

*The 2nd bedroom on the second floor is a spacious master bedroom featuring a king bed, wood floors & custom wainscoting, and 2 french doors opening to huge balcony with ocean views! Washer and dryer located in a closet in the master bedroom. Additionally, there is a small sitting area with a pull-out sofa, and a flat-screen HDTV.

*The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and features a king bed, a luxurious front balcony. You really can't beat this location and the views!

*The 4th bedroom is on the second floor and is a great room for children - this room has a full-over-full bunk bed (that’s 2 full-size beds) and an attached Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.
*Third Floor Bedroom #5 features 3 queen beds and 2 sofas (not sleeper) to enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV.

Cabana House: Living room with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, separate bedroom with king bed, full bathroom and washer and dryer.

*Outside electric outlets for electric car charging
When dinner comes around, there is a large, natural gas grill and outdoor space to eat al fresco with your family and friends.

The home comes with a private pool and patio area. The pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee.

Neighborhood highlights
Ideally located in Crystal Beach - the prettiest part of Destin. Crystal Beach is a quaint beachside neighborhood with homes and white picket fences. Family-friendly. Very walkable with sidewalks everywhere. Walk to restaurants and numerous beach access points with dedicated beach space for you.
