Your "Cozy Blue" amenities begin with a patio with lounge chairs, 2 person high top table and chairs, hot tub, blue tooth speakers and grill in a fully fenced in back yard. A covered deck with seating for 10, TV and firepit. Inside there are 2 living areas with Roku TV's, couches, 2 arcade machines and board games. The bedrooms are themed and named after a state we have lived in, Alaska, Florida, Maryland and South Carolina, each bedroom has extra blanks and some of the bedrooms have extra pillows and fans in the closets. All bedrooms have Roku TV's with guest mode, plenty of free TV shows and movies or sign in to your favorite streaming site. There is a queen sized murphy bed in the front living room.
